You have to take the normal rise in costs when preparing this budget.
As a structural pest control administrator you will have to train new inspectors. This means you may have to develop the training materials and make arrangements for these new personnel to be teamed up with other inspectors as they learn the job. Doing performance evaluations of inspectors is also part of the duties of this position. You will have to review the performance of your inspectors on a regular basis and provide the information to them and your supervisors in a written report. You will also have to counsel employees in the proper way to carry out their duties and initiate discipline action in accordance with the rules and regulations if there are any improprieties.
You will have to be a licensed structural pest control inspector in order to advance to a job in this administrative field. Since different states have different regulations regarding this licensing in order to fulfill the federal requirements for structural pest control, you need to check the requirements for your state.
