Aon is looking for a Contracts Correspondent As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Contracts Team. POSITION OVERVIEW: Coordinating collection of signatures on contracts from clients and markets and supporting drafters and managers in all aspects of department functions.Your impact as a Contracts Correspondent Responsibilities:Communicates in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company such as brokers, drafters, clients and senior leadershipPrepare and transmit documents to reinsurers and cedents for signingFollow up and acquire signatures within requested timeframeProcess returned documents for internal and external use in systemProcess fully completed documents received from the partiesMaintain proprietary electronic filing systemProvide minimal administrative support which may include photocopying, scanning, electronic filing, handling supplies and travel expenses managementPerform a variety of other assigned tasks as neededRequired skills and experience:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritiseSolid communication skills both written and verbalHas at least 1 year of data entry and or administrative experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelTeam player with a positive demeanor and aptitude to learn and yet able to work independentlyFull training will be provided We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
