We are an independent, Legal 500 law firm based in Reading, Thames Valley.
We have a vacancy in our highly regarded Will Disputes & Contentious Probate team which offers you a great development opportunity and true variety.
The role
The team is expanding and as part of our growth, we are looking to appoint a paralegal to join the team. Your day to day caseload will involve supporting the team who work on the full range of contentious probate matters including Inheritance Act claim cases, testamentary capacity claims, executor/administrator disputes (including removal of executor applications), estate administration disputes, Court of Protection disputes as well as the various types of trust disputes.
The team
You will be joining a busy team dealing with a wide range of contentious probate matters and will be working in a friendly professional department that works closely with our Wills, Trusts and Estates team.
