The
Executive Assistant
for
Brightview Senior Living
will provide a
dministrative support to the CFO and Accounting/Finance and Risk Management Team. Duties are complex and confidential requiring the highest level of discretion and independent judgment. The person in this role will have continuous contact/communication with senior levels of management and will navigate new challenges each day to meet our growing needs.
The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented with the ability to exercise excellent judgment and decision making skills. They will manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements, often working with other EA's, and will have other responsibilities that include coordinating travel, creating presentations, coordinating team meetings/conferences, organizing special projects/executive outreach efforts, etc.

With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:
Four year degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or Accounting degrees highly preferred) and 1 year administrative experience, or financial support experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficiency with Internet applications.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect easily with others in person and by phone.
Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, in English, with a diverse range of internal associates and external business partners; strong financial acumen or understanding preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Ability to be resourceful in researching issues, solving problems, and offering creative solutions.
Knowledge of office equipment operations
