Responsibilities

The Center Administrator Assistant

supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

Job Functions:

Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.

Create Productivity report for the administrator.

Marketing Events

Special Projects, cascade to staff, and oversee completion

Complies with Company Policy and Procedures

Exceptional Communication and Organization Skills

Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR

Answer telephones

Schedule meetings

Review center statistics and maintain goals

Maintain logs

Required Qualifications:

Ability to travel about 10% of the time if needed to cover another center.

Ability to work on the weekend if needed.

Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.

Creates productivity report for the administrator.

Responsible for marketing events, special projects, cascade to staff, and oversee completion.

Must have exceptional communication and organization skills.

Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.

Answer telephones, schedule meetings and maintain logs.

Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.

Ability to work with the elderly populationin a fast paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

2 year's of experience in the medical field.

Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.

ECW - a plus

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
