The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
Responsibilities
Conviva is seeking a hard-working Center Administrator Assistant who supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
Job Functions:
Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.
Create Productivity report for the administrator.
Marketing Events
Special Projects, cascade to staff, and oversee completion
Complies with Company Policy and Procedures
Exceptional Communication and Organization Skills
Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR
Answer telephones
Schedule meetings
Review center statistics and maintain goals
Maintain logs
Qualifications/Requirements:
Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.
Excellent customer service.
Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights.
Adhere to all Company policies.
Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
ECW - a plus
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm in the Deland Center
