Our Geek Squad Autotech - Master MECP Agents follow established schedules and procedures for the installation of mobile electronics components into Client’s vehicles. Provide technical advice and assistance to Clients and other technicians.

Key accountabilities:

Install mobile electronics components, including but not limited to: car stereo components, speakers, amplifiers, and portable audio/GPS devices, keyless entry and security systems, basic OEM Integration and accessories into motorized vehicles for Clients.

Provide service to Clients both in the Install Bay and on sales floor and complete business transactions

Provide administrative support to Install Bay: completing required forms, closing out register etc.

Provide a high level of customer service while achieving sales goals and passing internal evaluations/audits

Ensure store Mobile Electronic displays are functional or repaired in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License

Meet state specific MVR requirement

Hold and maintain the MECP Master Certification

Prior professional experience with mobile car installations

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous retail experience
