SUMMARY: Responsibilities include: Provide coordination and support of moderately complex assignments within the many facets of the department; support multiple members of Senior Leadership; Maintain a high level of confidentiality; schedule meetings and arrange travel; run various reports as needed; gather and compile data for executive-level presentations; prepare proper allocations of expenses; track and balance expense budget; Offer tactical guidance or recommendations to internal and external clients to resolve issues within established guidelines; order supplies; other administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Education beyond high school including 2 plus years of special training vocational school and or college courses.

Experience: 5 plus years of experience.

Computer Skills: Requires intermediate to advanced computer skills.

Communication Skills: Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires strong customer service skills.

Other: Sound judgment and discretion are essential characteristics.

Supervisory: N A

Travel: N A
