ENSCO is seeking an Executive Administrator to support our operations at the Transportation Technology Center. This role will support senior management staff at TTC in the day-to-day execution of operations and coordination of site activities. The position will be fast paced and dynamic requiring outstanding communication, organizational and people skills. The position will be found rewarding to someone who enjoys variety in their work and new challenges. Job responsibilities will include:• Operational logistics planning and execution:The site operations will require a significant amount of coordination in a wide array of activities such as food services, IT and Communications, and other contracted services. This position will lead the coordination of these activities. • Event management:Schedule and plan events, conferences, dinners for ENSCO staff, customers, and senior leaders such as members of Congress or US Department of Transportation executive leadership.• Meeting and calendar management:The position will assist in the coordination of meetings including preparation of meeting rooms to meet need and attending meetings to keep notes and action items.• Correspondence preparation:Correspondences will be routinely prepared and sent to customers, vendors, ENSCO staff and local community leaders. • Travel preparation:Schedule flights, make hotel reservations and coordinate out-of-town meetings.• Employee supervision:Supervision of junior-level administrative assistants.• Preparation of financial reports:Generated from ENSCO’s accounting system as needed. • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational, follow through, and time management skills.• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse interdisciplinary team.• Ability to react well under pressure in high-stressed situations and accept responsibility for own actions.• Strong attention to detail.• Ability to build professional and courteous relationships with your colleagues and supervisors. • Experience in a wide array of functions such as technical writing, business, office administration. • Experience with railroad related subject matter.#LI-DM1 ENSCO, Inc. and its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
