We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as the Regional Office Receptionist in the Facilities and Administrative Services Department in our Salinas office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will perform highly visible greeting and communication functions for employees, members, providers and visitor. You will perform mailing, shipping and receiving activities. You will provide administrative and clerical support and maintain reception visitor log, internal call routing list, visitor log, shipping and receiving log, and conference room calendars.

We create, support and maintain the Alliance physical environment and to provide the highest quality site services to our stakeholders which includes staff, members, and tenants.

Knowledge of:
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Current office procedures and standard office business practices
The principles and practices of customer service
Standard office equipment, such as personal computer, multi-line telephone, photocopy machine, and fax machine
Windows based PC systems, including Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to:
Respond to callers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Perform multiple tasks within allocated timeframes
Interpret, explain and apply processes, policies and procedures
Create forms, documents and correspondence
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of experience performing general clerical and reception duties (an Associate’s degree may substitute for one year of the required experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying
OTHER DETAILS
While this position is connected to one of our Alliance offices, we are in a fully telecommute work environment right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview process for this position will be completed remotely, however the onboarding process will be completed on-site.
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement:
This position requires staff to be fully vaccinated upon their start date as a condition of employment. Proof of vaccination must be submitted at time of hire. Fully vaccinated is defined by the CDC. This means receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer & Moderna vaccines) OR receipt of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) AND a 2-week period having passed since the administration of the last vaccine dose.
