This position performs a variety of moderately difficult to complex secretarial duties and serves as the department administrative coordinator assisting multiple managers. ','!*!

This position requires a minimum of 3 years directly related work experience.

Demonstrated initiative and independent judgment in non-routine matters.

Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency with MS Office.

Excellent verbal, written (grammar) and time management skills. 

Will need to have the ability to delegate task and work independently while being self motivating.

Experience resolving conflict is also required.

Specific experience in department and medical terminology may also be required. Advanced secretarial courses preferred.
