The service organization within Celergo Streamline (CSL) is made of Client Account Managers (CAM), International CAMs, Service Delivery Managers, Global System Support, Project Services, Add-ons, Transitions Managers, and Payment Services. We run payroll in over 140 countries supporting our customers in their payroll needs supported by a powerful network. This allows for us to support our customers in this central managed service model everywhere in the world aligning to our customer. This truly takes global payroll to the next level! Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant position is a full-time role that serves as administrative support to the office and VP of Client Services. This includes interacting with several departments and interacting with outsiders for the benefit of the organization. This position is also responsible for the overall office management of the Deerfield location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answering a multi-line phone, screening calls, taking messages and transferring calls.
Greeting clients, customers, and walk-in traffic coming into the office.
Typing correspondence and making changes to documents which are in template format.
Providing administrative and project support:
Copying, Scanning, and Filing of Contracts
Assist with making travel arrangements
Registering for conferences
Monitoring incoming calls
Special projects
Maintaining and publishing employee contact information
Research
Ensuring that sufficient office and kitchen supplies are readily available for team use.
Facilitating mail send and delivery for team members.
Arranging for supply and desk set up for new employees.
Coordinating employee activities.
Ensuring the office is fresh and ready for associates.
Coordinate with facilities to make sure we are all up to date with vendors and supplies in the office.

Education Associates Degree from an accredited two-year college, at a minimum.
Experience One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in a service environment.
Other Skills and Abilities - Bilingual language skills are welcomed.
Must be at least an intermediate level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Must have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Go-getter mentality, who is motivated, and an exceptional problem solver.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
