This part time role is working 30 hours per week 8am-2:30pm M-F.
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the investigation and resolution of export customer product claims. The TM will work closely with the services centers interview claimants and review documents pertinent to the claims. As part of the investigation process this position will use Accounts Receivable, Billing, Sales, Traffic, Material Handling, QA and Export Services to resolve claims.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years office experience.
Computer skills: Basic computer skills; minimum of 25 WPM with MS Office application Word and Excel preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone skills are a must.
Special Skills: Must be highly motivated and detailed oriented with the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
