Description
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate the ability to exercise the highest level of professionalism and decision-making when interacting with and supporting Humana's CEO and senior management team. The perfect candidate will have vast previous experience in supporting c-suite executives.
Responsibilities
The Senior, IT Executive Support will lead a team of technical support professionals located in our Washington DC/Arlington VA location. This position works directly with the Management Team (CEO, CIO, CMO, etc.) based out of the Arlington, VA office, providing concierge-level delivery and support of technology (compute and videoconferencing) as it relates to the executives, administrative assistants, and Board of Directors.
Full end-to-end delivery and coordination of all executive support services to the most senior leaders.
Implements and manages continuous improvement activities to better enable solutions for executive customers.
Manage the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the IT Executive Support team in our Arlington, VA location.
Collaborate with business leaders and necessary IT teams to ensure our VIP users' endpoint, mobile device, peripherals, applications, and their other assigned devices are consistently working optimally.
Work with multiple 3rd party vendors to provide support and solutions for executive customers.
Create and maintain technical documentation to be used by the IT Executive Support team.
Research, test, and support existing and new endpoint technologies requested by VIP users to ensure lasting compatibility and administration.
Support of meeting platforms such as Zoom, as well as integrated videoconference rooms.
Train VIPs and support users to use the appropriate devices and applications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in an IT-related field.
3 years of experience providing executive-level 'concierge' support for senior leaders.
Experience with both Windows and OSX operating systems and applications, as well as iOS
Experience with M365 (Office, OneDrive, Teams).
Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro.
Experience with multiple meeting platforms as well as integrated video conference rooms.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong customer quality and results orientation.
Ability to be an effective team member and provide coordination across complex teams and organizations.
Ability to analyze complex business/technical data and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Ability to focus and align resources around critical initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field
Desktop Support related Certification
Additional Information
Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
