Global Asset Technologies LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Program Support Administrator II, to assist the 99
th
Readiness Division (RD) located at Joint Base MDL, Ft. Dix, NJ. The Program Support Administrator II shall assist with the execution and implementation of a multi-faceted, comprehensive environmental base operations and sustainment program to ensure the buildings and grounds are properly monitored and maintained to meet the functional, appearance, safety, security and environmental standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain contract file systems and generate various reports as required using the Microsoft Office Suite and the contract maintenance database systems (CSS, GFEBS, EDA, SHARE POINT)
Compile all date for municipal service contract (Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, Refuse, Snow Removal, etc.) packages at all 99
th
RD facilities that will be reviewed by the Government prior to submission to the contracting office.
Utilize the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) to submit requirements for municipal service contracts and to support the input of Purchase Requests for Government Purchase Card (GPC) funding requests. The Program Support Administrator II shall support the 99
th
RD DPW Resource Management Team in reconciliation of GPC purchases made during each Billing Cycle.
Provide administrative support to the 99
th
RD DPW staff to include printing and filing, scanning digitizing, and hard copies of drawings and documents to update project folders, as well as update the 99
th
RD and contract PM on the status of assignments on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in administration or another related field from a four-year college or university; four plus years of experience may be substituted for education.
Five plus years related experience providing administrative support on a government contract, required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook
Telephone etiquette and excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with military personnel, management and fellow AFOS contractors
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation
General office administrative and clerical skills to perform support duties and answer telephones

WORK ENVIRONMENT

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a Pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
