This position provides prompt courteous service using increasingly complex and varied communications skills with internal and external customers.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Acts as a general switchboard operator; answers, places and connects calls; answers VMMC related questions; Acts as an answering service, triages calls and relays messages to a variety of populations; Performs clerical duties; and Dispatches services as needed.','!*!
