Serve as office receptionist
Retrieve, open, scan and email incoming mail to the appropriate individuals
Regular computer use requirements
Assist with document productions, scan jobs and other clerical requests from attorneys and legal assistants
Office supply and kitchen supply ordering
On-site contact person for vendors and other firm personnel; including being point person for Regional Office Administrator in the Ann Arbor office
Handle conference room set-ups and scheduling for client meetings, depositions and other meetings
Preparing and posting outgoing physical mail, overnight packages and certified mailings
Perform general office duties
Requirements
Superior interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of the firm including attorneys, secretaries, administration and other members of staff as well as with clients and visitors
Ability to conduct work with strong personal and professional ethics and integrity
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to create, edit, proofread, and finalize all written communication, including emails, memos, documents, etc.
Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Exhibit professionalism
1-2 years of experience working in an office environment
Experience working in a law firm setting is a plus
