Description:
The ICONIC (Inter-generational CO-production of Novel technologies in Coastal communities) project has been funded by the EPSRC for 30 months from November 2022. This is an inter-disciplinary project with investigators from all three Faculties at the University. The Media and Administration Officer (MAO) will be a key link for the project with our partners and with other Centre for Health Technology (CHT) projects. You will have two primary areas of focus: Media and Events: Responsibility for producing, co-ordinating, maintaining, updating and distributing project marketing materials, web content, social media channels, newsletters, for ICONIC. Working with team members to help recruit participants. Supporting team members in organisation, promotion and delivery of project-led online or in-person events. The MAO will have an indirect reporting line to the University's Marketing Office with regard to strategic direction and best practice. Administration: Work with the academic lead and colleagues from University finance and from CHT, to help with all aspects of budgetary and project administrative documentation for ICONIC. The MAO will work with University finance office to support the research fellows and associates in the purchase of equipment or other services.
