In this position, the Coordinator will be an integral part of the Sync team.\u00A0 The candidate will be the first and primary point of contact for all audio and sync needs both internally and externally. They will provide administrative support to the head of the sync department which requires attention to detail, great organizational skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to juggle multiple critical tasks on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. No task is too small and no challenge too great.\u00A0 A \u201Ccan-do\u201D attitude and resourceful nature is essential. The ideal candidate has a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives both inside and outside the company.\u00A0As a key member of the Creative Sync Team, you will support and interact with an extremely wide swath of music and entertainment professionals both within the Capitol Music Group organization and across all areas of media.
