Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining overseeing and training on vendor master data creation; entering new vendor master data information in SAP or legacy systems; maintaining current vendor master data files; ensuring vendor master data forms are completed correctly and accurately; filing; research and resolving vendor master data issues which may include contacting other Tyson departments or working with third parties directly; prepare reports; any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 3 plus years previous work experience.

Computer Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Excel Access and other spreadsheet applications along with Microsoft Word. SAP Fresh Meats Mainframe knowledge is preferred.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communications skills are required. Excellent phone etiquette skills are preferred. Confidential information is entrusted disclosure would be serious.
