Aon is looking for an Executive Assistant for the National Healthcare PracticeAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by working within our National Health Care Practice Group. As the Executive Assistant for the National Healthcare Practice, you will report directly to the National Practice Leader. How you will work with and support the National Healthcare Practice: National Healthcare Practice Support (colleagues / internal):Handle onboarding for new employees Provide assistance to NHCP brokers with various issues (i.e. ordering new or replacement equipment, business cards, office supplies, etc)Request meeting space, catering, visitors into the security system for meetings being held at Aon officesCoordinate logistics for and host monthly internal training calls Administrative Support to leadership of the NHCP, including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, workday hour entry, and expense reports. Distribution of various communications internally – Aon Asks; Job openings from clients; Medical Liability MonitorsMonitor monthly financial reportsConfirm new business is coded accurately to HealthcareAssist with preparation of content for QBR’s Work with Sales Enablement team to maintain accuracy of the pipelineAssist with arranging all details for internal training – both virtual and in person, including:Arranging any hotel meeting space, catering, room set up and AV needs Communicating details to attendees and speakers; coordinating logisticsMaintain RFP LibraryProcess random invoices for payment via Coupa when credit cards aren’t taken.
