Job Description
Coram/CVS Health is looking for customer service-oriented professionals to join our team as an Administrative Pharmacy Representative.
In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will work alongside our pharmacists by communicating with patients, physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding the coordination of home infusion orders.
You will be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, gathering and organizing patient information, and ensuring patient documentation is up to date in our electronic database.
At Coram, we believe that Pharmacy Representatives are a key part of maintaining constant communication between our branch team members and clients, therefore creating a positive experience for our patients.
As a Pharmacy Representative, you will:
Assist with maintenance of patient files, Sort and file physician orders and all clinical documentation.
Answer and route telephone calls, arrange shipment dates, and assists with new referral coordination as needed.
Provide administrative support to the specialty team – typing/faxing/tracking physician's orders and labs, discharging patient from service, filing of paperwork in the correct sections of the medication record
Typical work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with an opportunity for over-time based on business need.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 17.00
Maximum: 27.90
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of customer service experience
Minimum one year of working with Microsoft Office, specifically word, excel, and outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
Experience in home health and/or healthcare industry.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication
Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
