Description:

The Office of Registration and Records seeks an enthusiastic, service-oriented individual for the position of Registration Specialist I. This full-time position reports to the Director of Registration and Records and assists with administrative duties and daily operations in a busy office atmosphere. This position supports the mission of King University by providing excellent customer service to the King community.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office; and the ability to work independently and handle a complex and varied caseload

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in higher education setting

Responsibilities:

The Registration Specialist I serves as the first point of contact in the Office of Registration and Records for all questions related to transcript requests, degree verifications, and registration policies and procedures. Duties for the Registration Specialist I position include, but are not limited to, monitoring student records, registration forms, and degree audit software to ensure student success and accurate data reporting. This is an hourly position with occasional weekend or evening work expected for specific events.
