Job Summary
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that assists in the efficacy and efficiency of our leaders. This position requires an organized and punctual self-starter, who is resourceful and collaborative. This role assists with a high volume of scheduling, meeting and travel coordination, as well as liaising with senior leaders throughout the organization, working on special projects, supporting office functionality and managing the day-to-day workflow of the leadership team. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, expert level written and verbal communication skills, and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive information. The position requires office hours of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday with availability outside of those hours as needed. This position will also require being in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Screens telephone calls, visitors and letters; answers routine questions and furnishes information.
Coordinate extremely active team calendars; serve as liaison between leaders and others for meetings as required; review meeting requests and schedule appointments, interviews and meetings.
Assist with external and internal customer escalation requests, prioritize conflicting needs; determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Coordinate all business travel arrangements; arrange travel schedule and reservations via Corporate Travel program; to include flight, hotel and ground transportation; produce detailed travel itineraries and provide real-time support throughout duration of travel.
Complete expense reports on a timely basis for leaders in department as needed.
Reply to and address inbound emails from SVP and leadership team same day or first thing next day. Assist with SVP email management as needed/directed.
Attend meetings as needed, taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
Assist with conference call & video conferencing as needed.
Assist with IT related issues- Printer not working/ Computer & phone issues. Submit ticket and/or assist with fixing issue, follow through and assist IT in getting issue resolved in a timely manner.
Performs these and other departmental duties as assigned
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Communications:
Develop and maintain good working relationships throughout the organization by exhibiting outstanding customer service skills with all internal and external customers.
Display a professional, pleasant and tactful demeanor in communications.
Facilitate internal and external communication through phone calls, team agendas, memorandums and meeting minutes.
Prepare confidential correspondence, reports and presentations, org charts, etc. using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheets. Research and extract data from various resources and systems when needed.
Create (as needed) and maintain email distribution lists.
Planning:
Maintain time management for the SVP and VP Sales Strategy & Sales Ops.
Arrange and schedule meetings & events, including coordinating the agenda, preparing any meeting materials and or presentations, scheduling the conference space required, coordinate all IT resources and catering.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus, with a Pay Range of $31.65 USD - $49.63 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
