Aon is looking for Administrative AssistantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will support over 30 Philadelphia Broking and Analytics colleagues, assisting with administrative, operational needs as well as support some senior leaders. Job Responsibilities:As part of the Philadelphia Broking and Analytics team, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.Book travel arrangements for US colleaguesFile organizingOrganize and schedule appointment and meetingsMaintain various operations management lists and reportsProvide general office supportAssist with IT questions and issues/drive mapping requests for cross office accessAssist in planning of company meetings and eventsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsMaintain a flexible approach and attitude towards assisting othersSupport disaster recovery plansAssist in the onboarding of new team hiresRequired Experience:Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExpertise with Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and WordAttention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independently to meet deadlinesAbility to learn and utilize new and unfamiliar software and technologyEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent proven experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
