As an eforea spa Receptionist, you are part of a Hilton branded spa team and outlet. What will I be doing?

As an eforea spa Receptionist, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center

Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services

Schedule spa appointments

Process client payments at conclusion of service/s

Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offerings in-person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
