The Pension Administration Systems Specialist works as part of the Pension Administration group which is responsible for providing defined benefit administrative service to multiple clients. UTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze/manipulate data using Microsoft Access and Microsoft ExcelTroubleshoot problems that arise, and identify ways to improve process efficiency and the systemDevelop Excel-based calculation system according to client requirementsDevelop and maintain data manipulation processes using Microsoft Access queries, tables, reports and macrosProvide technical resource support to internal and external clientsBroaden personal knowledge of defined benefit administration rulesBachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. information systems, math, finance, economics, accounting, computer science or other quantitative areas)0-3 Years Relevant work experience Key CompetenciesStrong technical skillsExcellent problem solving skillsMost comfortable in a work environment that provides a variety of challenging tasksAbility to prioritize and multi-taskDetail-oriented and organizedSelf-motivated individuals who can apply today's solutions to the problems of the future.Must thrive in a culture that supports teamwork and fun MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSIntermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills.Strong command of internal systems.Undergraduate math, finance, or IT related degree or equivalent experience.
