\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with Case Intelligence and Pricing teams to develop improved offerings to internal clients.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eContribute to the department’s 3 year strategy document and ensure it is a realistic and robust roadmap that informs resource management, technology, process and other department evolutions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInquiries from Clients (both internal and external), vendors and other third parties are addressed in a timely manner and appropriately resolved. \u003c/li\u003e
