Description

The Distribution Clerk 1 responsible for the activities of distribution, involving the reception, delivery and control of production supplies, with the objective of satisfying internal and external customer needs within compatible terms and costs. The Distribution Clerk 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments such as packing, shipping, and operation support. Hours Mon- Thurs 945am-815pm rotating Friday 12-4pm shift.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Clerk 1 evaluates distribution and transportation operations, data, and facilities in order to support the identification of the most effective distribution and transportation patterns for products. Evaluates and implements results from distribution analyses. Identifies projects, perform data research, review and analyze findings, make recommendations, present findings, implement approved recommendation. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Less than 2 years of technical experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Packing and shipping experience preferred

Experience operating a pallet jack preferred

Additional Information

Schedule: Monday -Thursday 9:45am - 8:15pm with a rotating Friday 12pm-4pm, approximately every 4-6 weeks.

When scheduled on Friday you will arrive at 11:45am instead of 9:45am on Tuesday and Thursday of that week.
