Responsibilities

Conviva Care Solutions is seeking a hard-working Center Administrator Assistant

who supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

Job Functions:

Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.

Create Productivity report for the administrator.

Marketing Events

Special Projects, cascade to staff, and oversee completion

Complies with Company Policy and Procedures

Exceptional Communication and Organization Skills

Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR

Answer telephones

Schedule meetings

Review center statistics and maintain goals

Maintain logs

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.

Excellent customer service. 

Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights.

Adhere to all Company policies.

Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

ECW - a plus

Additional Information

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. We are a healthcare company committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates, and the communities we serve.

If progressed to offer, you will be required to:

Provide proof of full vaccination or commit to testing protocols

Interview Format: MODERN HIRE

If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed, and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
