\u003cp\u003eThe Office Services Coordinator is expected to apply full working knowledge of standard office equipment to all office projects. Will act as the primary liaison with other members of the Irvine office for the accurate and timely processing and completion of Office Services projects.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eEnsure the excellent quality of work and timely completion of assignments in the mailroom, copy room, as well as ensure excellent quality of work.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate service for repair and maintenance of all office services equipment, including copiers and postage machine and meter.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure\u0026nbsp;appropriate levels of supplies are maintained and the supply room is inventoried on a regular basis. Maintain all firm collateral materials. Order necessary supplies, including kitchen and office supplies and firm stationery from firm vendors for the approval of the Office Administrator.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with file projects and, at the request of secretaries or attorneys, prepare files and boxes for off-site storage. Provide support for other file projects as may be requested.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCode office invoices and prepare daily invoice log for the approval of the Office Administrator.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eParticipate in orientation for all new attorneys, legal assistants and staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRoutinely check office for any necessary maintenance. Act as initial contact with building management regarding office maintenance issues such as burned out light bulbs, restroom issues, and the like.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate with office-sponsored MCLE meetings and webinars.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCoordinate office IT issues with Regional IT coordinator.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide front office support by greeting visitors, setting up and cleaning conference rooms, receiving and recording deliveries, distributing parking validations, and maintaining the office conference room calendar.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide catering services to the office by ordering food for meetings as requested by the Office Administrator, attorneys or secretaries.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePick up and sort daily mail and other deliveries; process outgoing mail by weighing mail, determining appropriate postage, and operating the postage meter.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitor operation of office machinery including copiers, printers, multi-function printers and postage meter. Act as the contact person for reporting problems and contacting service providers as appropriate.\u003c/li\u003e
