Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, The Human Resources Coordinator will help facilitate HR processes and programs across all of our Americas and APJ offices. This role will work closely with the global HR Business Partner team, HR Operations, and Benefits teams. This role will own and support dynamic people programs that drive an outstanding employee experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a hardworking approach to HR programs and processes, a fast learner with outstanding customer service skills. This is an outstanding and exciting role for an entry level professional that is looking for a growth opportunity in Human Resources in a global organization.
Crucial Functions
Program lead for Acquia’s Onboarding Foundations Program.
Program includes; Executing pre-hire communications, welcoming New Hires during Day 1 Orientation, handling vital new hire documentation (I-9 and paperless new hire employment documents), handling new hire swag gifts, new hire check-ins, summarizing survey feedback and follow up.
Facilitate Offboarding Process: Lead termination process to include; Employee/manager communications, offboarding materials, e
xit interviews and support quarterly turnover reports insights.
Closely partner with HRBP team on the execution of global HR people programs across the Americas and APJ; program evolution, preparing communications, employee materials, and program execution (documentation, scheduling, follow up, reporting on program success).
Support HRBP’s with employee questions, handling tier 1 employee inquiries and talent management programs, and calling out accordingly.
Regularly prepare trend reporting, insights and recommendations for the business: Topics may include; New Hire experience, Employee Relations, Offboarding/Exit Feedback, and Employee development opportunities.
Lead and execute Contractor offboarding via IT Ticketing
Employee Change Letters: Produce change letters for promotions/adjustments, title change, manager change etc.
Compliance: Coupa processing for people systems and employment matters as needed (including compliance labor posters by state, BetterWorks, Legal Services)
Support Benefit Administration including billing/invoicing and open enrollment support
Create and distribute employee verification letters and change letters as needed
Ad hoc duties include-submit and track department invoices related to HR and Benefits using purchase order system.
Minimum Qualifications
0-2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
Exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence
Executes with a high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Ability to interact, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization

Flexibility to work evenings to support APJ team (Australia, Japan and Singapore)
