As a Marketing Associate, you will be a key contributor as we launch a rapid growth initiative towards our mission of creating a tech-forward property management company that will change the industry as we know it today. What you will be doing:

Provide centralized coordination of brand development across all properties

Leverage internal resources and outside consultants / vendors to expand the marketing capabilities as required

Project manage the development / updating of websites, marketing collateral, digital marketing campaigns, etc.

Develop and implement strategies for growth acquisition and distribution of content across multiple channels, including paid search / social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), display, mobile, email marketing, and SEO in pursuit of overall audience growth.

What you must have:

Experience in 3rd party multifamily real estate marketing support

Long-term focused individual who desires to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize property management through technology

Demonstrated methods to self-develop capabilities using industry trends and tools

Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university required.

Experience with Adobe Suite (photoshop indesign)

Google Ad words certification (preferred)
