u003cpu003eThe Chattanooga office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for a paralegal to join its commercial restructuring and bankruptcy practice.u0026nbsp; All candidates must have either a Bacheloru0027s Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. Resumes from entry level candidates will be considered. The position involves use of both state and federal court filing systems and the ability to determine procedures used therein. Candidates must have the ability to search public records, to analyze and summarize information, and to prepare drafts of routine correspondence and pleadings independently for review by attorneys. The paralegal must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and be willing to work overtime on frequent occasions. Basic knowledge of real estate and title issues is a plus.
