POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Development, the Coordinator is responsible for helping and carrying out the project, planning, and execution of Global Talent Development learning initiatives and compliance education for associates across the enterprise at all levels/roles.
The position’s primary responsibility is to support Talent Development compliance and learning technology initiatives including, but not limited to, design, development, implementation, tracking and reporting of designated training programs. This position will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization including the PVH Legal team.
The secondary responsibility of this position is supporting the PVH U team to prepare physical/virtual rooms and materials, serve as an administrator for talent Enterprise Learning systems and platforms, manage class enrollment, evaluations, collect and track performance metrics, support project management and communication, process third-party contracts and invoices, and other duties as assigned.    Â
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes collaboration with leadership and Talent Partners across the globe through initiatives like the Digital Learning Champions.
The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will structure solutions that build and enhance the end user experience and place an emphasis on achieving PVH’s strategic priorities by leveraging talent expertise.
