POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsibilities of this positon include support and management of Systems Training initiatives and training programs globally, with responsibility for the coordination, scheduling and logistics of training activities aligned with strategic business goals.  This role supports multiple work streams and teams, which currently include SAP and a variety of Product Creation initiatives.

Additional key responsibilities include creation and management of an expanded digital badging program, implementation of a learning effectiveness survey and measurement program, and management and oversight of the global communications program associated with each system deployment work stream.     

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Systems Training and general Talent Development initiatives, and collaborate with business users, leaders and Talent Partners across the globe.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will support relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company.

The Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Systems Training.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Own and create a powerful end-to-end user experience for learners accessing the  Systems Training branch of PVH University:
    • Own all training logistics, including learner registration, calendar appointments and course assignments
    • Own external vendor relationships supporting written translation of content and translation platforms
    • Own logistic and coordination to ensure facilitator preparation
    • Assess and govern course content standards and ease of access on Workday LMS
    • Own administration activities of the learning platform and related technologies, including assessment platforms
    • Manage inbox & provide prompt, accurate customer responses
  • Track completion records, communicate results to work stream owners and business leads.  Design and expand digital badging program and represent Systems Training with Credley, the digital badge issuance partner. 
  • Create learning effectiveness measurement program.  Analyze results and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint /Teams collaboration sites
  • Manage administrative and logistics support for in-person or virtual events
  • Lead smaller projects, or elements of larger projects, in support of overall priorities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

  • 3+ years of experience in coordinating events and/or training activities
  • Experience creating and managing timelines
  • Capable of supporting multiple teams across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with survey design and delivery
  • Experience with LMS and/or learning platforms a plus, ability to learn quickly essential
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
  • Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

Education:             College degree required

Skills:                    

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
  • Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
  • Experience managing Workday or other LMS a plus
  • Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint,  OneNote, Outlook, etc.
