What We’re Looking For:
The Senior Enterprise Sales Administrative Associate acts as a bridge between the Finance, Enterprise Sales and Ops teams and provides legal and administrative support to the Enterprise team. They are expected to ensure that the Enterprise Sales team follows sound and efficient legal and financial processes when concluding sales deals. They will be expected to develop and continuously improve these processes to ensure scalability of the inside sales function.
The goal of a Senior Enterprise Sales Associate (ESA) is to provide both sales and administrative support to the Business Development Team and Enterprise clients and partners.
The
Senior Enterprise Sales Associate
reports to the Enterprise Sales Associate Team Lead and will work closely with the assigned Business Development Team, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all Enterprise clients are effectively supported and all orders are fulfilled.
The Senior Enterprise Sales Associate should feel comfortable managing a high volume of projects at any given time and have sound judgment under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires meticulous attention to detail while ensuring effective use of time to manage varying responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Sales Support and administration
Qualify and respond to inbound leads and proactively allocate sales leads to the Business Development Team.
Clear and timely response to incoming requests for information from internal and external parties, including University Partners and senior leadership.
Ensure corporate client contracts and payment terms are signed and filed or payment is received prior to registering corporate participants.
Ensure supplier onboarding is completed prior to registering corporate participants.
Generate and share reports as required.
Manage tickets on the CRM system and respond within agreed SLA’s.
General CRM governance, ensuring data hygiene.
Maintain accurate and up to date company documentation on file.
Corporate onboarding and finance support
Support and process all corporate orders that are generated by the Business Development Team through engagements with companies globally.
Generate estimates and invoices in the Financial invoicing system, as required by the sales team.
Ensure registrations are SOX compliant before ‘completion’ of registrations.
Manage corporate employee deferrals and cancellations, including administration and client communication.
Ensure invoice payments are received and allocated appropriately
Ensure that orders are only completed where payment terms are in place / payment has been received.
Follow up on unpaid invoices once terms lapse, across various legal entities.
Legal and compliance oversight and administration
Complete all vendor registrations, RFQ forms and miscellaneous paperwork required for sales deals to be concluded, as required according to minimum deal requirements.
Ensuring corporate client contracts and payment terms are signed, including liaising with Legal regarding any proposed amendments, and filed both internally for Enterprise and externally for Finance / Legal records.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
2 - 3 years sales office administration experience in a B2B environment - preferably SAAS technologies; IT; or online education.
2 years client management or sales experience.
Legal administration experience is highly beneficial.

In Colorado, the anticipated base salary for this role is $55,000 with potential bonus eligibility. Note: The final compensation for this position may consider factors including the geographic location where the work is performed (candidate’s assigned office) and prior work experience of the candidate.
