This role performs work under the supervision of a Littler Attorney.\u0026nbsp; The billable hours expectation for this role is at least 1,500 hours per year.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003e\u0026nbsp;Responsible for receiving, \u0026ldquo;cleaning,\u0026rdquo; and loading client data for Littler\u0026rsquo;s data-based technological solutions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for assisting other data analysts to assess the completeness of client data and spreadsheets and helping to develop recommendations to attorneys regarding additional data necessary for analysis.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for receiving employment related data in Excel and other formats and checking its internal reliability and consistency using Excel, Access and other database tools.\u0026nbsp; The results of the auditing are provided to clients, placing a primacy on the accuracy and completeness of those cross checks.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for conducting exposure assessments, creating class lists, extracting data for discovery, and other computational analyses using client data and standard statistical modeling.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eResponsible for creating and maintaining settlement databases, including monitoring for duplicate claimants, determining settlement amounts for individual claimants, and communicating with case teams and opposing counsel re settlement issues.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMust have strong knowledge of MS Excel, including the ability to run pivot tables, subtotals, link spreadsheets, use formulas, perform multiple level sorts and run macros.\u0026nbsp; Additionally, must have strong knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.\u0026nbsp; Familiarity with PowerPoint also helpful.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience with Excel Macros, VBA, SharePoint, Stata and SQL a plus. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to proofread typed materials and completed analyses for numerical, grammatical, typographical and spelling errors.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInterpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow the instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff, and provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.\u003c/li\u003e
