Aon is Looking For an Executive Administrative AssistantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our General Industry business group within Aon Risk Solutions, in Philadelphia, PA. as an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support five executives daily. Your Impact As An Executive Administrative AssistantIt is imperative that the individual is a great teammate, demonstrates flexibility and willingness to complete tasks as the need arises, can operate independently, manage time and deliverables to meet deadlines, think critically and take initiative when needed. Job Responsibilities:Maintain and manage calendars in Microsoft OutlookCoordination of travel arrangements and itineraries (domestic and international)Handling expense reports, time tracking, manage distribution lists and other assigned administrative tasksCommunicate in person and through correspondence with high level contacts inside and outside the company.Maintain good client relationships by directing calls and inquiries to accurate parties, both internally and externallyCompose correspondence, newsletters, memos, confidential materials, surveys, etc. if and when requiredAdvise attendees of function dates and times, reserve meeting space, provide the appropriate equipment/materials and hospitality services as needed in these meetings such as catering and submitting visitor names to Aon ReceptionistYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:5 years of secretarial/administrative experience, one to one support role in a large multinational organizationStrong project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, ExcelAbility to work well with personnel at all levelsAdaptable to a multifaceted business environmentHighly organized and process orientedDemonstrates discretion on highly private and confidential mattersEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
