New Car Dealer needs a Warranty Administrator, that can keep warranty submissions current, handle warranty rejections and appeals promptly and see that claims are being paid on time. Additional duties will be filling in a a service department cashier, booking service invoices using ADP and making appointment reservations for service department customers. This is a critical support position to the Service manager, requiring an out going personality and professional work habits. Position is Mon-Fri with start of day/end of day hours somewhat flexible. Excellent pay with comprehensive benefits package. Prefer minimum 3 years dealership warranty processing experience, a high level of computer proficiency, excellent customer service skills and attention to record keeping details.
