**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is searching for a motivated administrative coordinator to join the team that drives the day-to-day operations at our optical lab. Our ideal candidate can provide support to the manufacturing management team and contribute to the success of all lab employees. If you’re collaborative, organized, and eager to lend a hand on a variety of projects that keep the office running smoothly (and our glasses shipping to customers!), then keep reading.
What you’ll do:
Help support the People team with system needs (e.g., time tracking, benefits account setup, onboarding)
Coordinate office events, including weekly lunches and occasional offsite activities
Manage the scheduling of existing vendors for laboratory support tasks
Assist with administrative tasks for the facility (e.g., tracking invoice progress, ordering supplies, scheduling temporary employees)
Work on additional special projects as assigned
Who you are:
Backed by one year of experience in an administrative role
A well-organized and strong communicator
Passionate about the success of the team around you
A naturally inquisitive, deliberate, and fearless team player
Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Extra credit:
Human Resources experience
Full or partial completion of an associate’s degree
Interest in learning about manufacturing
