One of Cleveland’s finest downtown law firms is seeking a Floater Legal Secretary
to support various assignments within the firm for overflow work and cover leave of absences.
Responsibilities include
* Preparing and filing documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
* Assisting in the preparation, assembly, production, and tracking of discovery requests and responses.
* Transcription, drafting, and editing of correspondence, memoranda, motions, and briefs.
* Manage all administrative tasks for multiple attorneys simultaneously (client intake, expense reimbursements, billing, etc.).
* Effectively screen and prioritize requests for meetings and calls and schedule accordingly.
* Be flexible to move within various departments within the firm – litigation, real estate, corporate, probate/estate planning, etc.
5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in a larger law firm environment. Litigation experience is preferred. Solid experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

RECRUITING SPECIALIST
Downtown professional services company is seeking a Recruiting Specialist
to work the senior management to assist with recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities include:
Establish recruitment needs with input from the Executive Committee
Establish criteria to target appropriate colleges for Firm needs and success
Maintain relationships with on-site collegiate recruiting coordinators and other key contacts to promote the Firm
Organize campus visits including interview schedules
Work with Executive Committee to establish recruitment attendance
Organize “Super Days” including attendance requirements, logistics and agenda
Schedule candidates for virtual and in-person interviews
Assist with candidate screening and initial interviewing
Maintain applicant tracking database and input
Source talent via internet, social media, research, direct outreach and other non-traditional source
2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or human resources is preferred. Candidates should be able to interact with senior management, ability to travel as needed and have an outgoing, gregarious and assertive personality to ensure the firm’s presence is a priority on campus.
