Position Summary
Under Armour is looking for a qualified, driven HR Coordinator to provide administrative and recruiting support for the business. The HR Coordinator works closely with HR Leadership and Recruiters and will play an important role in ensuring a positive internal teammate and external candidate experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure all HR system changes are processed accurately, promptly and within the service level agreements established with business and HR POD.
Ensure optimal data accuracy for adequate financial and headcount reporting.
Provide administrative support, as needed to HRBP (including creating and maintaining organizational charts, some scheduling, coordination, and preparation for key meetings).
Act as point of contact for all HR data integrity related questions within its HR POD.
Provide administrative support to recruitment process as needed managing tasks such as job postings, generating candidate and offer letter correspondences, reference checks, pre-employment initiation or recruitment report preparation.
Work closely with HR Leader, Generalist, Teammate Relations and Recruiting to schedule meetings, communicate with teammates and provide insight as needed.
Assist with business unit-related communications specific to HR, Benefits and Talent Acquisition events.
Gather documentation for terminations and resignations and ensure that all documentation is returned to the appropriate specialist for timely processing.
Create, submit and ensure completion of job requisitions for managers, in partnership with HRBP and HR operations. Assist with HR audits and clean-up, as needed.
Primary contact for all business unit job postings. When necessary, works closely with Talent Acquisition on scheduling interviews, creating interview itineraries, giving site tours, and being the primary point of contact for internal and external candidates.
Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable UA Brand Ambassador to external candidates and office visitors.
Respond to recruiting related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as application status, recruiting process or scheduling related questions.
Assist with candidate dispositioning within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards and acknowledgement communication as appropriate.
Support on-site teammate engagement activities.
Manage special projects as assigned

Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Requirements
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
Return-to-Work Designation: 1-2 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home
