Interested in working for a good company that always stays busy. This combination mechanical repair/auto body shop has a new opening for an Office Coordinator/Customer Service Agent. Main duties will be dealing with the customers by phone and in person regarding the repair and status of their vehicle. This also includes working with fleet companies on the efficient completion the work on their cars. Lots of phone activity, some light accounting using Quickbooks and processing of estimates to insurance companies.
