The centralized programmatic elements of the internship will include a mix of learning webinars, self-paced online training modules, peer coaching, mentoring, group learning projects and additional networking opportunities.While our program will be delivered virtually, we have opportunities for interns to work with colleagues in the following locations:The Woodlands, TXIrvine, CAHow this opportunity is differentAs a Pension Administration Intern, you will work alongside an engaging and diverse team to assist our client’s employees in understanding their pension plans, so they can meet their retirement goals. The following are some of the core job functions:Ensure accuracy and quality of system-generated calculations using basic testing principlesAssist with manual intervention, including manual calculations, data cleanup and communications as neededPossess and apply a basic understanding of data and its impact when working on projects and calculationsProcess payments and perform monthly payment reconciliation processIdentify and research data questions or editsAssist with special projects such as testing, benefit statements, and other client workLead personal project plan for clients while collaborating and assisting teammates with projects as neededSkills and experience that will lead to successWe’re looking for collaborators, critical thinkers, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.We strive to recruit a diverse group of hardworking individuals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds, and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions.
