Removes splints or prostheses in transferring the patient from one location to another. Encourages patients to help themselves whenever possible. Provides the patient with good body alignment and positioning when in wheelchairs or on walkers.u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eFollows designated patient care plans in helping patients with active range of motion (AROM) and passive range of motion (PROM) as assigned.u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eMonitors and reports daily activities of patients to include evaluating and documenting patient progress.u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssists licensed nursing staff and other members of the health care team in providing activities of daily living, gives emotional and social support and performs numerous tasks for the comfort and welfare of the resident.u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eMaintains treatment records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
