Administrative Assistant Contract Coordinator
We are a fast-paced healthcare staffing company that is constantly growing with opportunities. We are looking for key players and are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Resource Coordinator.

Job Description:
Write and send employment agreements
Send tax documents, sick pay documents, and insurance welcome emails
File signed employment agreements
Update DocuSign templates as needed, and with yearly tax form changes
Send term email to recruiters weekly
Cover main phone lines occasionally or as needed
Send reports and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to analyze data
Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently
Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment
Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe
