JOB SUMMARY
 

This position is full time working Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm with rotating weekends and holidays located at our Home Care Services office at 1615 Franklin Road in Roanoke, VA.
We are looking for an energetic individual willing to work with a team and independently in a very fast pace environment. The scheduling position interacts with a host of clinicians via email, phones and in basket messages; the ability to multitask and provide good communication is a must. This position will provide clerical and scheduling services necessary to the operation of the home health and hospice agencies in the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: HS diploma or equivalent education required. Completion of an accredited medical secretarial or business program preferred. Computer and word processing knowledge and experience required.
EXPERIENCE: One to three years of related experience required. Home Health experience preferred. Keyboarding skills essential and will be verified/validated through appropriate testing.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION: None required.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position. Above average organizational skills with attention to detail work. Strong skills in reading, writing, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and mathematical calculations.
