About the job
This position is needed to report, and predict the infrastructure demands of Twilio's email platform; helping teams across functions manage their products beyond the scaling and performance challenges they face by facilitating cross-team collaboration to ensure an amazing customer experience.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Manage financial, procurement and other reporting requirements
Collect data and report on the infrastructure usage of Twilio’s email teams.
Work closely with teams to optimize and manage their cloud and on-premise infrastructure spends.
Support Vendor management across the department.
Foster an environment focused on automation and eliminating manual work.

Required:
Exemplary verbal and written communication
High level technical understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Experience working with vendors, finance and other stakeholders
Desired:
Familiarity in working with large cloud or on-premise Datacenter Infrastructure rollouts.
Experience working with Data center/infrastructure hardware providers
Location
This role will be remote. Ideally in the Colorado area but open to central/eastern time zones in the USA.
