Aon Is Looking For A Business Service SpecialistAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions group within Aon Risk Solutions in New York, NY.Your Impact As A Business Service SpecialistJob Responsibilities:The Business Services Specialist will provide high level service and assistance to clients and fellow co-workers both inside and outside of immediate team.Communicates in person and through correspondence with contacts inside and outside the company such as insurers, clients, and senior leadership.Schedules meetings for team, including arrangement of meeting location, agenda preparation, coordination of technology and printed materials as requested.Using knowledge of the department's procedures, prepares routine correspondence, documentation, forms, notices, or statistical reports.Maintains database information to ensure accurate tracking of client insurance program details.Maintains electronic client files in an organized fashion, including email correspondence, following standard filing naming conventions.Assists in research, testing, and/or implementation of revised standardized procedures.May reconcile/coordinate reports with other departments as needed.Keeps client renewal lists up to date; assists broking team with client submission process to ensure applications and other required materials are requested from the underwriters.When requested, sets up presentation templates to include updated benchmarking at outset of the renewal process; assists in compiling marketing summaries/updates and final proposal templates.Oversees the accurate and timely processing of premium invoices; coordinates with ACS and broking to reconcile and resolve invoicing discrepancies.Requests and files formal policy documentation, coordinating with broking team to process policy documentation through PITD.Prepares claim assignment forms to initiate the claim notification processWhen requested, coordinates travel arrangements and prepares expense reports/reimbursement requests for teamYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Possess 1 – 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industryKnowledge of general office administration.Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively with others (written and oral).
